rowCummax(X)

Details
rowCummax calculates the cumulative maximum values in each row of
X.
Returns
An object with the same data type as X.
Examples
m=matrix([4.5 2.6 1.5, 1.5 4.8 5.9, 4.9 2.0 NULL])
rowCummax(m)
