Note

Nanosecond precision may not be supported on certain versions of Windows. Therefore, even if nanoSecond=true is specified, it may still return timestamps with millisecond precision.

Parameters:

nanoSecond (Constant, optional) – A Boolean value indicating whether to display the result with nanosecond precision.
