Convert obj from time zone srcTZ to time zone destTZ. Daylight saving time is considered in time zone conversion.

Parameters:

• obj (Constant) – A scalar or vector of DATETIME, TIMESTAMP, or NANOTIMESTAMP type.

• srcTZ (Constant) – A string indicating the time zone.

• destTZ (Constant) – A string indicating the time zone.
