Migrate the specified data to coldVolumes.

Parameters:

checkRange (Constant) – An integer indicating the time range (in hours). The default value is 240, i.e., 10 days. If the parameter is specified, data within the range of [current time-hoursToColdVolumes-checkRange, current time-hoursToColdVolumes) will be migrated to coldVolumes.
