Error Message

Chunk not found. chunkId=xxx. Please try again, and if the issue persists, contact technical support. RefId: S12006

Probable Causes

This error occurs when the storage engine fails to read the level files in a chunk. This may be because that the involved database, chunk, or table is being deleted.

Solutions

Retry the query. Once the chunk has been deleted, this error should no longer occur.
If the error persists, contact DolphinDB technical support.
